Sensual 3, a new original acrylic painting on canvas presenting a beautiful, sensual and mysterious woman with dark long hair and bare shoulders. Painted by ania luk, the painter with education gained at the Academy of Fine Arts. This painting is a contemporary painting, where you can find some references to cubism.

The inspiration for this series of paintings is the sensuality of women.

Sensuality is a combination of the female body, nature and specific behaviors that make a woman seem to be intriguing and appealing. It is such an elusive aura that surrounds a woman, because femininity itself is sensual, if skillfully exposed. The feminine delicacy and subtlety also lies strength …

Cubism

Cubism is an early 20th century avant-garde art movement that revolutionized European painting and sculpture. In addition, some people say that it’s the most influential art movement of the 20th century.

Noteworthy in cubist artworks, objects are rather analyzed, broken up and reassembled in an abstracted form. Instead of depicting objects from a single viewpoint, the artist depicts the subject from a multitude of viewpoints to represent the subject in a greater context. The most famous painters associated with the cubism movement are especially Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso.
